Cost and Commercial Fit

Compare total landed cost, not only unit pouch price. Include tooling, MOQ, filling speed, waste, cartons, freight, shelf presentation, and inventory risk. Flat-bottom construction may justify a premium when it supports brand positioning and efficient display.
